        The value used in the battery percentage calculation.
            default = 950
            max = 999

Charge rate settings:
    Charge rate AC:
        The value used to set the rate of charge when plugged into AC power.
            higher = more mA from charger
            default = 5
            max = 7
    Charge rate USB:
        The value used to set the rate of charge when plugged into USB power.
            higher = more mA from charger
            default = 1
            max = 4

Charge control settings:
    Full current:
        The value used to determine when the battery current(mA) is at "full charge" levels.
            lower = charge longer
            min = 15
            default = 91
    Full voltage:
        The value used to determine when the battery voltage(mV) is at "full charge" levels.
            higher = charge longer
            default = 4000
            max = 4200
    Re-charge voltage:
        The value used to determine when re-charge is triggered [on charger bump charging].
            higher = re-charge sooner
            default = 4110
            max = 4180
    Backup voltage:
        The value used as a backup in case the re-charge value above is somehow not triggered.
            default = 4000
            max = 4100
    Full count:
        The value used when checking to see if enough cycles have passed before triggering full charge.
            lower = wait less cycles
            min = 1
            default = 20
    Re-charge count:
        The value used when checking to see if enough cycles have passed before triggering re-charge.
            lower = wait less cycles
            min = 1
            default = 20
