ncCMS seeks to be a very simple and easy to use content management system.

Key features:

1. Uses PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS.
2. XML based data storage system. (No SQL server required.)
3. Support for multiple users and user levels. (Not yet implemented.)
   
4. Securely stored passwords. (Uses SHA-512 encryption.)
5. Multiple themes from graphicanomaly. (Not yet implemented.)
6. TBA...
